Tournament Cancellations Friday tournament cancellations are dictated by a 3 p.m. Tee Time deadline and a minimum of eight player rounds of golf for the day. Should a rain delay or course action prevent completion of the above 2 requirements, then the Friday tournament would be canceled and a refund issued. Members playing early on Friday who entered the tournament but do not finish their round may not receive a refund of their entry fee if the minimum requirements are met for the Friday event. All other tournament cancellations shall be determined by the GMC Tournament Director, Officers, and Committee Members present for that event or the Course Management spokesman who may deem the course unplayable warranting a cancellation of part or the entire tournament. |
